Underwriting Opera and Classical Broadcasts

KUSF is looking for a few angels to help underwrite local live broadcasts from the Met and our other series from the world's great opera houses, as well as our diverse and creative alternative classical programming. If you or your business would like to help make local broadcasts of the MET possible while receiving on-air underwriting credit at a cost far below that of advertising commercial radio, contact KUSF’s fundraising coordinator at (415) 386-5873.

The Metropolitan Opera on KUSF

KUSF is proud to have been chosen by New York’s Metropolitan Opera as their FM radio broadcast home in San Francisco. Perhaps the most prestigious series in the history of broadcasting, the Met broadcasts are being heard live on radio for the 77th consecutive year.
